This piece reminds me of the affluence of industry and the affluence that can often flow from it. My marks and brushstrokes create a feeling of energy and movement, perhaps symbolic of the toil of man producing riches from their labour; which the gold paint, circles, and steps in the centre of the painting hint at.

Perhaps an industrial revolution is approaching us and we are looking into the future, a glimpse at some particular industry greatly prospering
